  • Came here to try the churro ice cream cone on one of the hottest days this summer so far. My friends and I shared a cone with a mix of vanilla and chocolate soft serve ice cream. Since it was almost 90 degrees out, the ice cream started melting immediately so we didn't exactly get the picture perfect churro cone we envisioned. The churro was not as good as I thought. It tasted pretty plain and was not as sugary as other churros I've had. Perhaps the sugar all came off when they topped it off with ice cream but it didn't pair well regardless. The churro quickly became soggy under all the ice cream so we ended up throwing out the rest after finishing the ice cream. I wouldn't try this again.
