  • Where do I start? To make a long story short I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle they had listed for sale online. I called and made an offer and NEVER heard back from the salesman. A few hours later I called again to,see where my offer stood and it was then that I was told NO they did not accept my offer so I made another offer and was told they would check and get back to me. WELL I NEVER heard back. I waited till the following morning and called to see where my offer stood and I was once again told NO to my offer,! Hmmmm have they ever thought about giving me a counter offer?????? Well I guess not. So I made another offer $850 below the asking price and if you could believe it I never got a call back. I called them this morning to find out they sold the vehicle I had made (4) attempts to buy last night. If this is what they call Customer Service I prefer to go to a different dealership where they actually appreciate their customer. Shame on you Penske Auto Group. WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER DELT WITH. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 star which they didn't earn. For all you folks out there wanting to purchase a new or used car stay as far away from this dealership as you can.
