  • Lost clothing : Crowfoot Martinizing loses an incredible number of customers clothes. They claim that they count the number of items when you bring them in, but if they "lose a bar code" you lose your clothing. When I complained about a lost item, they had a huge dry cleaning moving rack of lost clothing. These guys do not count items coming in. They only count items going out to charge you for. So if you come here and have a large bag of dry cleaning, expect it is likely they will lose an item. The lady said they were trying to get "better" at not losing so much clothing. Cleaning : Crowfoot Martinizing has ruined shirts by dragging something down the sleeve and tearing fabric. This has happened on two different shirts I've dropped off. Price: Crowfoot Martinizing is more expensive site than other drycleaners (specifically neighbourhood cleaners) and will not price match anyone. They are fast, taking your phone number to scan in bags of dry cleaning, and it takes about thirty seconds in and out, but in the process, they have lost and ruined hundreds of dollars of clothing of mine.
