  • I've been in here before and they're pretty efficient, but good lord do they need to work on their customer service. The woman behind the counter, Barbara, was very rude to me on my most recent visit. I went to drop off two packages that had already been labeled and as I walked in all she was was "returns?" I kindly responded and placed my packages on the counter/scale. I didn't realize that the check in process utilized the scale so I placed the additional box on top of the first one as she was scanning it. Had I known it had she said something I wouldn't have done it, but all I received instead was a grunt, a sign and an exasperated shuffle of boxes. She did not make eye contact with me the entire time and truly looked like she didn't want to be there. I understand that there may be other things at play causing her to act this way, but I was nothing but pleasant until this point and in that case customer service should have been her number one priority. This review may or may not help you in your decision to visit this location, but I'm definitely never coming back here.
