  • I was a little weary about coming here because most of the reviews pertain to laser hair removal. I was more interested in being treated for my scarring, redness, large pores etc. Courtney, the receptionist, is probably the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with, in my life. I have never experienced such a genuinely kind and caring individual in a work setting. A+ for first impression on the phone. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have shown up if it weren't for her reassurance. I was nervous! Secondly, the office is beautiful. It's clean, welcoming and the environment is calm. A+ for appearance. Then there is Vanessa who cleaned, toned, hydrated and zapped my skin. The hydra facial in combination with the laser is a dream! It's definitely a treatment I would recommend to my friends as a refresher for your skin. A few hours after the treatment my skin was clear and glowing. I am so excited to be on a path with Vanessa to forever clear skin and I am totally counting down the days until my next appointment! A+ for services. So if you're wanting to take the step and are nervous or apprehensive about anyone seeing your skin without lbs of make up on, this is the place to come.... They will welcome you with open arms, without judgement.
