  • I really wanted to like this place and had high hopes, but ended up disappointed. While the service was spot on and the cocktails and wine selection were excellent, everything else lacked. We arrived around 6 pm and the restaurant was far from busy. While our server was excellent, explained the specials and took our orders very efficiently, the wait for our food was something else. Kitchen management needs improving as our order took forever. Several tables that were seated after us were on dessert while we were still waiting for our main courses. To be fair, we were a larger party (9), but with the restaurant being so slow there should not have been such a long wait. However, I am ok waiting if what I get in the end is worth it. Unfortunately it wasn't. While our entrees were not "bad", they were nothing exceptional either. Just ok. Scallops were probably the best of all and the hanger steak was cooked perfectly and paired well with the sauce. Again, nothing wrong with the food, just expected more. The atmosphere is nice - especially the bar. Will consider returning for cocktails and appetizers, but doubt we will give dinner a try again.
