  • Oh where do I start. We had to use these scumbags because of our home warranty. We needed A new hot water heater. The guy came out n spent 2mins looking at the unit n then wrote up an invoice and left. They told us we needed $900 in out of pocket costs so we could be brought up to "code". This was bullshit. They couldn't provide me with The codes or date the codes went into effect. Come to find out, after speaking with several other reputable plumbers, that one of the things they told us we needed is for commercial properties-not residential. This company is as shady as they come and they tried to take advantage of us and the situation. Avoid them Yelpers!!!
