  • Called on my way there with questions and no answer or message left informing customers they were closed. Location is in a plaza and not listed with all the other business's. Would of been nice to know they were in a non-retail space and upstairs in an office building setting. After finding it I came to a locked to door and no sign saying closed. Another customer was book at my same time had been waiting and calling them with the same results. Other customer stated she has been called 2 hrs before her last appt because they had to cancel and reschedule her for this date where they did a no call no show for their customers. They took our number when setting up the appt they could of atleast called their customers. It took me 1hr and 20mins each way fight thru traffic hour to get their. I had Friday off but took and early day to get here on time and elected to work on my day off to make up for the time I took off. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
