  • My gym buddy told me about this place. We've decided to go on a challenge. He suggested that we do a cleanse first. I'm always skeptical about anything that has to do with cleansing. Frequent bathroom trips isn't my idea of a good time. He's tried the cleansing pills from here before and raves about it. The sports nutrition store we normally go to near our gym does not carry the specific pills. Most of the stuff this place carries are Max Muscle brand. Some items are more expensive here compared to other stores. The owner was in the store when we went and she remembered my friend so, she looked him up in the system so he gets a 15% discount for referring me. It's small store but very clean and well-organized. I tried calling a few times on different days - nobody answers and voice message tells you to visit their Facebook page for their hours. I did that and it said they were open but when I got here, they were not. They do body composition tests here which may not be the most accurate method but it's cheaper and less of a hassle than the underwater testing or BodPod. I haven't done the test here yet but it may be an option in the future.
