Formerly the Las Vegas Hilton...this property has undergone some remodeling, but the hotel still retains that " old style-in need of updating feel. Despite the stalker timeshare reps trying to trick you into listening to a 90 minute presentation...( I thought timeshares were an 80's bad investment on that everybody knew about)...the rooms were comfortable with modern partially updated furniture. The bed was firm and very comfy...and the room so dark that we slept until 10 am...enjoying a rare 9 hours of sleep.
But what were they thinking with those cheap ugly rhinestone lamps! Or the remodeled bathroom where they left the original bathtub and shower fixtures when they put in the tile??
On the plus...the restaurant SIDS was fantastic if not pricy...the casino had great odds on their keno machines...a fantastical Hugh sports book area. Avoid the buffet at all cost ( not worth a trip there even if free). And here is a TIP...push the "GO GREEN" button on you phone and get a $10 food voucher every day of your stay! All in all...not a bad stay....just not a GREAT stay.
