| - This restaurant disappoints and a lot of ways and it exceeds in a lot of ways. I think I'll start with my disappointments, so we can end this on a positive note. The initial waiter we had was rude. When he came over to take what I thought to be our drink order. I asked him two questions. First, is the tea just typical tea or is it specialty flavors? I also asked if the onion soup was a dinner portion or did they have a half order to order at the start of the meal. He said to me I don't know what you mean by specialty tea, the tea here is just tea. He then said the menu only has one size a soup and so "we only serve one sizes soup". When I responded back I was borderline snapping back. So, we place the drink order and we order two soups as a starter. Well, he just continues to stand there. He's blurts out what do you want for dinner? I said "oh you're taking our dinner order now" and he said "of course". He was very rude. Well, I think he realized he wasn't going to get a great tip from us and he passed our table over to another waitress. Which she was very pleasant, however you could have been a rock and been more pleasant then this man. Finally, we were seated next to the server workstation it was in the middle of the room it was not blocked off it was just a basic banquet type stand and they were sorting silverware and waiters and waitresses were coming up and chit-chatting and customers were walking up and asking for things. This service station should be away from customers views. Especially, with the prices and this place. The steak I ordered was $48 it came with a small very small order a mashed potatoes that was under the steak and you could not even see it whenever the steak was placed in front of me. My fiance ordered the Hell's Kitchen Burger which again was very expensive for a burger over $25 is a lot and it came with nothing but the burger so he had to order fries which was an additional $12. Here is the good the restaurant is extremely beautiful and they have beautiful chairs that are very comfortable. The Ambiance is amazing aside from the waitress station being in the middle of diners. The soup was very good and was jam packed with flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly to a temperature of medium rare the flavor was excellent. Once, my fiance's Burger was remade and put on a proper Bond he really enjoyed his Burger and being that we have eaten at several Gordon Ramsay restaurants the Truffle fries was delicious like always. We finished with the promotion offered by the restaurant for checking in via Yelp the sticky butter cake and it was delicious. It actually is my favorite sticky butter cake I've ever had. So, here's a recap the wait staff needs to work on their manners and realize that this is a service industry and the restaurant itself needs to move the waitress station out of the middle of the dining room. The kitchen needs to make sure that all orders go out perfectly the first time and keep up the good work as far as they're cooking. We would definitely go back, however it wouldn't be something we would go to often it's just far too expensive for pub food. I would definitely give it a shot if you're looking for a great dinner in Las Vegas
