  • A month ago I tried Ollies for the first time because my customers said their homefries were the best. So I ordered my breakfast and waited maybe 20 minutes which is a little long for breakfast but being a server myself I was patient. The food was good but my eyes were stinging from the smoke and fumes from the kitchen and was told it's normally not like that. So I went back this morning and will never go back again. The waitress took our order and never checked back or said anything 45 minutes later just totally ignored us. We sat in the back of the restaurant and yes my eyes were stinging and watering as well as another woman who had to step outside for fresh air. I was very disappointed especially since I work at a restaurant as well. Not sure how they keep customers but they lost a couple of good tipping customers today. Oh and btw we were tired of waiting and being ignored and left before our food came out I'm sorry but eggs and toast don't take 45 minutes. Skip Ollies and go to Mcds like we did.
