  • So sad because this is an awesome, clean facility. We had to leave when some other kids weren't asked to leave after biting my 2 year old daughter. I'm surprised they don't have a zero tolerance for violence. It's a kids playland for heavens sake!!! The manager said that if she got bit a second time, THEN they'd ask the offender to leave. Yeah, not gonna happen! Apparently a little bit of violence is ok here... As long as it's a little bit. Jaws was allowed to stay and play so we left (no refund offered).
