DO NOT BANK HERE! Just about any other bank in town will give you better service and will not lie to you. I caught these people in a blatant lie yesterday and went right back to Bank of America to reopen an account. I had fraudulent activity on my account this week and received a call from someone from the Fraud Department in Colorado. He told me my account had to be closed down and I needed to go into the branch. I went into the branch at Indian School and Miller yesterday morning and thought it would be a matter of closing down one account and reopening another. I was told I would not be allowed to open another account. The fact that fraud was committed on me and it was something I had no control over, and I'm the one who was penalized is just mind-boggling. I asked and was told it was bank policy. I came home and called the person from the Fraud Department in Colorado and he told me that was not true. He said it was a branch decision. So, the manager of the branch blatantly lied to me and I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Also, I only banked with them for a few months, but no one at the branch ever had a smile on their face. I've been a Corporate Recruiter the past 30 years and that tells me a lot. There are a lot of people in this branch that are not happy with their jobs and it really shows. Whatever you do, do not bank with this institution!
