  • I'm so unhappy with these apartments. They don't upkeep their community the way they should or their apartments. The pool was green for well over week and it took even longer for them clean it. The pool never stays clean either. There are only two gas grills and only one works properly the other has no knobs and doesn't heat up the way it should. The community is gross. I will definitely be out when my lease is up. My closet door won't stay in the track, bathroom cabinets get stuck, bathroom drawer drops off the track every time it's opened, the laundry door is always coming off the track and the stove drawer won't shut properly it's always slanted. That was how I moved into this dump. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. *Update:: My air conditioning quit working twice this summer and I was paying outrageous electric bills. APS told me to have the complex check my ac unit to make sure every thing was working properly and fluids were full. It took months and they finally serviced it and my bill went down $100 in one month. We have gotten new office staff who are nice and attentive. They actually listen to your concerns. However I'm sitting here Christmas night and my heat is not working. And my laundry room doors have fallen off the track. I definitely won't stay here for another lease. It's such an inconvenience when everything is in constant need of being serviced.
