  • In one word: unprofessional I had a Groupon for *$29 for haircut (a $45 value) and deep-conditioning treatment (a $40 value; an $85 total value) Ambiance: there is none, it's stucco strip mall with mirrors nailed in and old style kitchen cabinets as stations. There are only two stylists: Cindy and the owner Phillip. I got Cindy as Philip did not want to cut Groupon clients. The groupon said, deep conditioner treatment which I figured it was just a wash; it was. Cindy hussles me to the washing station, cold water splashing on my face, shampoo splashing on my face, no towel under my nape, rough treatment getting in and out of the wash chair. The deep-treatment conditioner she tried to push smelled weird. She must only be used to cutting on busts because she scratched the heck out of my face. After she was done, she kept whipping my hair up, like she knew she did a bad job and didnt want me to see it. The cut looked like it was worth $20 Took a long shower afterwards to clean their conditioner and the whole experience off of me.
