rev:text	I just want to say how pleased and greatful I am to ACE Home Services. As you know my a/c went out last Thursday night & I chose to get a new one since my old one was 22 years old. Thankfully ACE was able to install 1st thing on Saturday morning. Their customer service & staff was amazing!!! It was nice when I got a text message confirming my appt. & then I rcv'd another from my technician introducing himself to me & letting me know where he was. He even sent me a link to show me where he was & how long it would take him to get to my home. I thought it was a neat feature that you could track him. Once Tim and Josh arrived they were extremely friendly and professional. Tim has 19 years of experience & was able to install my air handler in probably one of the most tightest spots he's ever worked in. They installed my unit in 4.5 hours even though it would take longer. I appreciated their thoroughness & they cleaned up as if they have never been there. My air is back up & running and I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my new unit. My unit is much more efficient and I'm hoping now my summer bills won't be super crazy. I will say through out the morning, Ace Home services checked up on me just to see how things were coming along. Thank you to Kj for checking on me and for providing me with such excellent customer service.
