  • I just moved here because of a temporary relocation. The place is clean, safe and my neighbors are nice. I was worried about roaches because they are a problem in the SW, but I have none. I like the covered parking and I can see my car from the patio. Having a washer/ dryer is nice and my patio is huge. I see someone mentioned here about hearing everything upstairs. All I hear is the toilet flush no big deal. I appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere here! Lots of grass for dogs to walk,lots of pet stations,yet everyone keeps their dog quiet and controlled. Improvements needed: the garbage dumpster near me is not fenced and not pretty to look at. No recycling here! I hate having to haul my recycling! The mailboxes face the street and are not secure and appear to have been vandalized several times. :(
