  • I spent three days calling. No one ever picked up. Finally, I left a message Thursday at 1:45pm and someone called me the next day at 9:45 am saying that was unacceptable behavior and it would be rectified. I called back and made the appointment for same day (Friday)for my friend and I. Life was good. 2 hours before the appointment, a girl called and said she had to cancel. I understand that people get sick, but it is your responsibility to make sure you are properly staffed. Apparently, only my appointment was canceled. Since I wasn't offered to go after my friend, I called back and canceled her appointment too. I told the girl that we would go somewhere else. She didn't care. I don't either at this point. Avoid this location. Check out some of the others, they have fantastic products and customer service.
