  • I hope management reads this! I have been a 16 year customer of ChemPura-now Clearly Poolman. I am extremely patient. Always pay our bills!But I must say I am terribly upset and disappointed. Simply put I requested 4/22 repair of equipment and "cleaning service"@$65.00 per hour. Repair done on 5/3 bill paid. Cleaning on 5/5 started. 2 hours worked then then tech no shows. I called and emailed requesting complete the job. I did this for a full month. All I got was excuses and no completion of work. Finally enough is enough. After 16 years this was simply unbelievable frustrating and unacceptable. They keep making excuses. Finally I informed them I no longer want their services. Now they have the nerve to bill us. Take a serious look at how you are running your business and treating Long time customers. Prior to this our service was great and our tech was trustworthy and hardworking. Now I have very different views.
