  • When it comes to high-end pizza in Hudson, there are really only two options now: 3 Palms and GLBC. Both are equally as great, but with different qualities and attributes. Where GLBC pizza shines is in its seasoning. Compared to the Neapolitan pizza approach of 3 Palms which focuses on simplicity of ingredients to create the flavor, there is a unique seasoning combination that seems to make GLBC pizza zing with flavor. GLBC pizza is on our regular weekend ordering routine when we are the mood for more zing to the pizza and a hearty crust. With that said, I consider both GLBC and 3 Palms peers in pizza quality. I just switch back and forth depending upon my mood and what my taste buds are craving. My 5 star pizza rating still stands.
