  • I was so disappointed in this place! I had seen it while taking a walk and had really been wanting to see what it was all about. So, the other morning I decided to check it out, finally! When I walked in there was 1 man behind the counter. Didn't look up. Didn't say hello. Nothing. I then sheepishly said, I've never been here before. Crickets. I felt embarrassed and ignored! I had wanted help with the menu, it's broad and there were some drinks i had questions on. That's all. What's worse is after another few seconds he walked in the back then came out again and still didn't seem to want to help me. I turned around and just walked out and went to Dutch Bros. They are always nice and cheery there. Maybe Dutch Bros can give Infusion a few pointers on hospitality.
