  • If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. How can there can be 10 employees walking around doing nothing and you still have to wait for your name to be called to get helped . While you wait they blare rock and roll music in your ear. You can't speak over the loud music so when you finally get help you're yelling. All I came to do was cancel one of the numbers on my contract, half hour later still waiting. Needless to say Verizon charges to much. I'm canceling each#as the contract becomes expired.
