  • This place is absolutely awful. I went here for two different services (unfortunately I purchased two separate groupons). My first visit was for permanent makeup. My mom and I went in together and it was terrible. First of all, the groupon said that money would be returned if you did not qualify. Therefore, I expected some questions or something at the beginning . . . nope! She didn't ask a single thing. I ended up asking what would disqualify me and she informed me that if I had some sort of disease that was communicable, I was supposed to tell her. I don't have anything; however, wouldn't you hope that somebody with a needle would ask that up front and not just hope people tell her? Think about the next person in there. My mom wanted a natural look and I told her I wanted a thinner line, but wanted it to look as if I really was wearing eyeliner. Well, in less than a week it looked like neither of us had even gone in. Seriously, if you look at either of us, you would have no idea we sat through that entire procedure! We wanted natural, but come on! I would have been done with her at that point, but I had that second groupon I had gotten with a friend; this one was for a manicure and pedicure. I tried to be optimistic but I was concerned. It started out that the address on the groupon was incorrect. We got there and were told we were in the wrong spot and had to leave and go to a salon. The room at the place was nice enough, but that was the end of the positives. The manicure and pedicure were the worst that either of us had received. She did a half job on everything. I saw her scrubbing my friends foot and she just left a ton of hanging skin. Really?? Just what every girl wants with pretty sandal feet, hanging skin. She has her polish colors in plastic bins in her drawer. At first she just brought out one bin and there were not a lot of color choices. She didn't mention she had other colors, even after I mentioned I had wanted green, so I just chose the best color I could find. Then, as she was putting the tray away, I saw there was an entire other bin of colors! I asked to look and there was a green. Why not suggest that at first? Honestly, stay away from this place. Even with the groupon, it is wasted money. Free wouldn't even be worth it here.
