  • I bought a groupon for a brazilian wax. When i got there the woman waxed me in under 5 minutes. She did not pull the skin taught and I could tell something was not right. When I got home I realized she ripped off three patches of skin! I was scapped and peeling for 4 days and in a lot of pain. When I contacted the salon the owner said it was my fault because my skin was probably dry. I have been waxed MANY times and NEVER encountered an issue. The ownder told me to just put neosporin on and continued to argue with me that the waxer, Zee, did nothing wrong and finally said "take it up with groupon" and hung up. I will never go back there. I recommend you look elsewhere!
