  • I had a very bad experience with this store. The staff is so rude, zero patient to the customer, if u ask them more than a question they will get frustrated. You will never see a worker between the aisle, you always have to go front and wait th cashier. The manage not friendly, not helpful if i asked him about something related to pet supply (he sticks with yes or no). I honesty hated this place. This is my first time to have pet, and all what I know was petsmart shop, so i will never come back again. This shop has to do something with the staff attitude and customer service!
