  • I will say, I'd give my massage therapist, Stacey, 5+ stars. My rating is due to the OUTRAGEOUS tip that is "required." The environment is noisy, the waiting area minuscule, and besides Stacey the staff have an attitude of superiority that has no basis in fact. My total mandatory TIP for two massages and a 30 minute facial was over $100. I prefer to figure out how much I'll tip based on service, the experience, using the customary percentage for that industry as a guide. Here, I was virtually held hostage at the front desk until I pony up the amount they've determined I should pay! There are better spas with nicer amenities and more customer-favorable policies. Unless you enjoy the kind of experience described above, skip Bliss and head to another Valley spa...you'll be glad you did.
