  • I have ridden PC many times and have had few problems. However, the last two trips from Ohare to Champaign were freezing cold. I could actually see my breath while on the bus. The driver, whom is presumably warm in the driver's seat, said there was nothing she could do about it, and that she needed to consult maintenance about it. Nonetheless, it was a very cold and uncomfortable three hour ride to and from the airport. When I wrote the company requesting a refund for not providing the basic comfort of heat, they basically blamed me for being cold and for sitting next to a window. And I didn't get a refund. Pretty lame and unprofessional in my opinion. Heat your bus already.
