  • Cool new way to serve ice cream. There were 3 bases to choose from during my visit: Green Tea, Chocolate, & Strawberry I got Green Tea ice cream with Chocolate Chips, Chocolate Syrup & Sprinkles. It was pretty good. I love Green Tea flavor stuff and this was the first green tea ice cream I've ever had. While there were only 3 flavor bases to choose from there was a large variety of fruit and candy mix-ins and toppings. The atmosphere was a little funny as the ice cream is served from a cart inside the Windy City Dogs restaurant at Gateway Park. I was expecting a full ice cream shop in it's own suite, but it appears to be a start up business and the quality of the product is very good. Hopefully they will take off and be able to open up a shop somewhere more centrally located in the Valley
