  • This place has been quite terrible to me. Not once but twice. I will give most places a pass the first time, however they gave me 2 bad experiences 2 times in a row. First,I had a biopsy test where I was told that I may have something very serious. I was also told that they would call me as soon as they got the test results, regardless of what the outcome was. They said they would have the results within two weeks. I had my next appointment to take stitches out in 3 weeks. No phone call and my appointment came. So, I came in, where they just wanted to take my stitches out and I said wait a minute. I said Listen here, there was No previous phone call like they said they would do, and I still had not been given my test results. I was then told that I would need to call or make an appointment to find out. I replied that they need to do what they said they would do and give my test results. I was given my results at that appointment to their visible inconvenience. Believe it or not, they called me that afternoon to tell me that they had received my test results ! ! I can't stand incompetence above all else. Again, it was the first bad experience and even though I was very upset I gave them another chance. Fast forward another 3 weeks, I have a follow up appointment. I get there 15 minutes earlier than my appointment, following my usual doctor behavior. I wait 45 minutes, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I go up to the desk. They tell me that they don't take my insurance. I told them that I have been here twice before, they took it both times and to please check again. In fact one of the people at the help desk was there the first time I went ! ! So after another 5 minutes or so, they confirm that they do take it. At this time I have already been there 1 hour, and I inform them that I need to see the doctor quickly so i am not late for work. I was told that I would be taken back right away to meet my schedule. Another 10 minutes pass, 2 patients go back and no one called on me, nothing. Tired of being treated like garbage, I informed them I now needed to leave to go to work. What did I receive in response. . . Nothing ! ! No response except that they would cancel the appointment and I would not be charged. UNBELIEVABLE ! ! I would not recommend this place to any one and thought this review will help other yelpers who are looking for a dermatology place. So beware of this dermatology center.
