  • Worse Sears experience I've ever had! Came out w/in for a paid repair. However, when it came time to schedule a follow up because repair failure, unpaid visit they didn't have an opening for over a week. Then the technician, " got too far behind" on a Thursday they didn't show. I called and asked why I wasn't completed the next day, they fed me the company line, "we have no openings." I asked for a refund due to the weekend without a washer, same line, would you like a gift card for a fraction of the visit cost? No, I want it completed and I shouldn't have to wait another 96 hours. However, the company does not have a means to reschedule errors on their end only to put you back in the line of all other callers!
