  • Dr. Dempsey is an exceptional physician and human being. She is a great listener, extremely thorough & timely in taking important action when needed (like lab results abnormal). She has some of the best Dr/Patient communication skills that I have ever experienced. She also has a great feel for best specialists/providers in our community and her recommendations have been outstanding. I trust her, I believe in her knowledge, expertise, ability and intuition. I consider her a very important person in my healthcare and highly recommend her. The only reason I did not give a 5th star relates to staff responsiveness. I agree that when ill, I have not gotten calls returned, and have had negative experiences with her back office. The staff often seems rushed, too busy and overwhelmed. My hope is that her staff will rise to the occasion and provide the same level of care, service and excellence that she does. My husband had an outstanding experience with Heather Ta but she is no longer with the office. I hear wonderful thinks about her Physician Assistants. I wish her practice great success!
