Yum. For my money, this is the best sushi in Toronto. Though maybe a bit overpriced and a bit skimpily cut, the fish is as fresh and tasty as all get out. I've had some of the cooked food, too. The miso sea bass is sublime, though also very small. The ohiitashi is great. The salmon teriyaki is dry, but show me a cooked salmon dish that isn't dry. The chicken karaage and tuna tataki are also very good. And, of course, the black sesame ice cream is a must.
If you have $40-$100 burning a hole in your pocket, go here. The only thing that may be disappointing is the prices.
(And this place is more of a 4.5 than a 4.)
