I stayed here for four days with my family and we had a decent experience. Every morning there is complimentary breakfast which was nice and 24/7 coffee. The staff was nice and they had a nice pool with jacuzzi. We stayed on the third floor and what my mother didn't realize before booking this hotel is that is under renovation. I give props to this hotel for being honest about it because when I used to work for hospitality and my property was going under a renovation we were forced to lie to our guests. They were honest about the renovation which I appreciated. They had ample parking which was good. Downsides to this hotel is that one morning the shower wasn't working and my sister couldn't shower. They said there was an emergency and they had to turn off the water as a precaution. Another issue was the location of the hotel. It is in Toronto but it is far from the downtown area where all the touristic attractions were. The only thing that was close to our hotel was the zoo. However, the week we went the Toronto zoo was closed due to the strike. Another downside was the hair dryer and iron in the room. Hair dryer was horrible and barely dried my hair. It only had a low and off setting. I need high for my thick curly hair. Also the iron wasn't working in the beginning and it was leaking. However, housekeeping replaced the iron which was good. Overall, the hotel was nice but the not hotel in the area.
