  • Very disappointed in my "appointment" today. After being told comments about being late, even only a few minutes, I showed up 10 minutes early only to wait another 10 after my appointment time. No one bothered to tell me the previous massage was running late or anything. If it wasn't for me asking why I was still waiting I would probably still be sitting there. Since I had plans after I had to skip my appointment because I wasn't going to be shorted for my time because the time isn't being watched.
