rev:text	I like this store. I've only dealt with three people who work there and I haven't really had issues. The older gentleman who works there is certainly not pleasant and shouldn't be working with customers but I get that it's hard to fine talent. My issue is the notary service. Between getting married, opening accounts, buying a house etc I've had to get a number of things notarized and sometimes my husband needed to be there. He is a teacher and works during the week and I work every weekend. When you have to have notary done you're typically on a time crunch and this location doesn't or hasn't posted their notary hours. This hasn't been an issue until a few days ago. We rushed to the store and saw that the notary was there. It was 5:15pm. I asked to have a form notarized for my mortgage broker and the younger gentleman behind the counter said no. I pointed to the notary and said she's here, why can't you do it? He said she stops taking notary clients at 5 because she has to close up alone and it take forever. She didn't even look at us or seem like she felt it necessary to look up. He asked her and she just said no. He told us to go to the title loan place down the strip mall. We went there, it cost $2 and the girl was nice. She stated she gets a lot of UPS customers. We returned to UPS to send the form. The gentleman was apologetic but the whole thing was overly complicated. Seriously, post your hours for notary clearer. I guess most people take a day off for notary?
