  • Shea Homes in AZ is a circus carnival looking for the next community to scam. They have perfected the art of making horrible excuses for their garbage homes. Your home may look good for a while but just wait until something like a crack in your floor slab appears and they will blame everyone that has ever walked by your house, instead of taking some responsibility and owning up to their poor construction practices and fixing the crap they sell. If building lousy homes isn't bad enough, they write lies like "we care" and "we pride ourselves" in ads and correspondence. The only thing they do well is rip you an new one and take your cash to the bank! Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM SHEA HOMES AT ALL COSTS.
