| - This was my third time trying the Bellagio Buffet. The first time I tried it, I went during the lunch time, second time was early in the morning breakfast and this time we went around brunch time.
Based on the buffets I have tried in Vegas, this is a pretty decent one. It is good for seafood lovers as they have cold king crabs (my husband is a fan). I am not more of a seafood person, so what I mostly like is the omelette station (they take it out around 1ish), the variety of desserts, variety of dishes from the different restaurants they have in Bellagio - it is easy to be able to sample all the dishes here in the buffet and take a pick in case you want to go to one of these restaurants for dinner. They moved the beverages to vending machines and not sure if I was a fan of that. Since there were 5 of us, I didn't like the fact that we had to get up to get coffees and teas apart from getting up to get the food. As we went during Christmas, it was more crowded than usual. However, we did enjoy the food taste (at least of what I tried) and the servers were prompt in cleaning up the plates.
If you want to avoid the crowds, try getting in around 10am, it starts getting crowded after that. The buffet is definitely worth a try!
