  • So I have to pick this provider. I have been going here for the last month. I was prescribed a medication and I had side effects from It. So I called and asking to change it. I was told by the PA to let them know if there's anything with the medication. So I got a call from The office and they said that I have to come at the office and talk to the provider. I came as walk in and they are charging me 40$ for co pay again. It's not my fault that I had side effects from The medication. And that I needed it to be changed: there's definitely greed and no compassion for their patients, all they have to do is fax the new medication to the pharmacy the patients have their record at the office. I was just here last week so they know me already. Especially if it's anew medication being prescribed. I don't think it's right to keep charging the patients especially if they just saw the provider last week. And it should be just courtesy to change the medication if it's not working. Time to find another provider. Or maybe just go to urgent care...
