  • I was disappointed by the customer service or the LACK of customer service I experienced at this Lane Bryant location on Stephanie. My sister & I walked in the store & was never greeted or acknowledged that we were in the store. We were in the store for 20 minutes while 1 LB employee was on the phone while the other was setting up a display. I believe we were the only customers in the entire store that whole time & no one even asked if we needed assistance. And when we were ready to check out, the employee on the phone still didn't greet us but called over the other employee to check us out. I'm used to the great customer service from other LB Stores & was very disappointed in my most recent experience to the point where I'll never shop at that location again. Torrid is 3-4 minutes up the street from this LB store while the Avenue is 10 minutes away. I guess they have a new customer in the 89014 area
