  • I searched through many hotels for my mom's surprise birthday staycation and I am very glad I decided on Hotel Palomar. Each staff member was friendly from the bellhops who opened the lobby doors to the receptionist at the front desk. Ashley, the receptionist, was extremely kind and even gave us breakfast vouchers for my mom's birthday! Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfy! The bathroom was spacious, and the view looking down at Cityscape was great. We visited the rooftop pool to find it was jam-packed, so we decided to skip a swim. The Arizona Center is close by to walk to and parking is attached to the hotel itself. If you decide to have breakfast at the hotel, the French toast is fantastic! Hotel Palomar helped me to give my mom a much needed getaway and I definitely recommend this hotel!
