  • This complex is now known as 1221 Broadway (creative, right?). Unfortunately the staff and new management don't know what they are doing. Because of the new change in management there is no online portal to pay your rent and no documents sent to you that show the bill breakdown of your monthly bill (rent+tax+water/sewage+parking+trash valet). You have to go into the front office to ask how much rent is. When I asked them to breakdown the total for me the office staff tried to over charge me $30. With the old management, the dog park was mowed, cleaned, and maintained, with the new management the dog park is covered in feces, grass growing up to the middle of your calves, and no doggy bags even available to pick up your pets poop. Don't sign here unless you are a fan of billing headaches.
