  • The first time I went there, I remember I waited forever for 2 bubble teas. Many customers who were behind us in line got their order before us, which is why it spoiled my experience and I didn't go again until a few months later. So the second time I went, my friend came with me. This was just two days ago, and the experience was horrible once again. It's odd because the workers are pretty friendly... but just like the first time, multiple customers after us got their order before ours?? I really do not understand why. We ordered a bubble tea each, and waited around 20 minutes overall for the order. When we came into the shop, we were the only customers ordering, so while we were waiting we noticed some new customers walk in - and they got their drinks before us! The lady actually brought my friend his drink first, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for mine, while other (new) customers got their orders. That wasn't the only issue. When I ordered, I specifically asked "do you have the ORIGINAL MILK TEA in slush form?" (the original tea is the brown one) and she said yes. So then I asked her if she could make me one of those, I also requested for it to be made with original green tea rather than black tea. Whenever I say this same order at other tea shops, they understand. Tell me why when she brought my drink over, it was a green coloured... because it was a green tea MATCHA. That's a completely different flavour altogether. Me and my friend were in a rush to leave - and considering how long we waited for just two drinks, we didn't want to complain and wait even longer for a new drink. I'm a hardcore bubble tea fanatic and I am very disappointed in my experience with this place.
