  • Don't want cheese on your sandwich? Then go find another Dunkin'. 4 times I've ordered a sandwich without cheese and each time I receive one WITH cheese. They made a second cheese-less sandwich the first time to make up for it, but I don't want to keep returning to the counter every time my requests aren't followed through. They should know better or at least change the system so that the "no cheese" indicator isn't a vague "NC" on the receipt. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and polite--the only reason I received the correct sandwich the first time was because the employee who made it suddenly realized what they'd done after handing the first one to me.
