  • If this is the same Family Pride Moving, with Shaun James, and at website: http://familypridemoverslv.com/residential_moving_las_vegas.html - don't waste your time calling; they won't respond to book a job. To say I'm disappointed in your lack of service, is just the tip of the iceberg. We called the person in charge (Shaun) and he asked me to call the office to arrange a move. I did and got no response from him or his staff. I emailed, as I was asked to, still no response. I had even referred other to use their services, because we had great luck with them in the past. But he never called customers back, 2-local residents scheduled moves with them, and the movers NEVER showed up. I don't know why they claim to be in business, because they conduct it so unprofessionally. They have wasted our time, and we will never recommend their services again.
