  • Disappointed in this dealership. My driver's seat broke and I set an appointment to have it fixed at Infiniti of Scottsdale as I get (got) my service done there regularly. After setting the appt, I went online to see if others had issues with the seats. Wow, I found over 100 complaints about the same issue I had, that Infiniti wouldn't own up to the problem, and dealers were charging $1300 to fix. I quickly cancelled my appt and started researching my options. Couldn't find any, so I called the dealer back and talked to my service guy and explained my dilemma and asked if he had heard of this issue. He said no, but if the seat was actually broken, it was going to cost me $1700 to fix. Funny how he could quote this so easily and quickly. I said I had to think about it. With no other options at the time, I called back and this time left a message for the service guy (you know who you are) asking if he could help me out with the price as I am a continuous customer. Not a word back from him. Nice! Really? Couldn't even pick up the phone and knock $20 off of the price? Luckily, I was at an appointment and my Dr recommended a local shop to check out. Turns out it cost me $200 to have the seat fixed and it's better than new as the seat weld from Infiniti obviously is sub-standard since many are dealing with this problem. If anybody reads this with my same problem, go directly to Unique Upholstery in Scottsdale. Great place! Not so much Infiniti of Scottsdale.
