  • I had a bad experience with Park n Go. Apparently they care so much to remove my initial review. Probably courtesy of the incompetent GM there. I thought this is a place where customers can post reviews on their experience, whether the company (or incompetent GM) agrees with it or not. Would not recommend Park n Go to anyone, you're better off with other parking services around Charlotte. In addition the parking lot is so disorganized and in bad shape that your tires could get ruined. Their idea of premium service is someone else driving your car. How about you make covered parking a premium service?? The shuttles are also in terrible shapes....
