We love this place, especially for brunch. Dinner is a bit more busy and you may be a little rushed depending on the server, but all in all it's a very nice atmosphere. The food is quite fresh and there are some real gems on there. They have bison, which we love. The beer selection is among the best in the area, and if you're just in the market for a couple of brews and some steak at the butcher area, they have a great selection of that as well. If weather permits, we suggest taking it outside on the patio. It's not a huge place, but it's worth the wait if there is one.
