  • While my doctor is fine, their office and phone staff (if they even have a phone staff) is a complete nightmare! I did not choose this doctor I was assigned her in the hospital due to a condition. I have had nothing but trouble getting questions answered and tests scheduled. I repeatedly call and leave voicemail and NEVER receive a return call. They tell me upon leaving my appointment they will call to schedule a procedure and never call. It is beyond frustrating. I would sever my relationship with this office if I knew where else to go. It is a huge practice and the waiting room is always packed with people and I just wonder if they are all having to go through the hassles I have to endure and hope that I am an isolated case but from reading other reviews it seems that I am not alone.
