  • I was seen in the Healthcare Clinic and received a prescription. I went out to the completely empty waiting area between the clinic and the pharmacy. I talked to a tech and she confirmed I was waiting for my clinic prescription. 4 groups of people came in after me to drop off/pick up prescriptions and all of them were filled and checked out before me (I could see their names come up on the screen and then eventually be noted as ready). I went to the consult window and the pharmacist and a tech both avoided looking at me and would just walk by. I asked for an update on my prescription but the tech that was at the register had no information, except that "it would be ready soon." This store is frustrating and slow, and customer service is lacking. With all the options for convenient/urgent care and pharmacies in the area this is not the place to go.
